BIO:
Lesley Bannatyne is an author who writes on Halloween.
She is also a freelance journalist, covering stories
ranging from local druids to relief aid in Bolivia.
Bannatyne has shared her knowledge of Halloween
on television specials for Nickelodeon and the History
Channel ("The Haunted History of Halloween"),
with Time Magazine, and has given talks at venues
as diverse as the 2000 Halloween Convergence in
New Orleans and the St. Louis Art Museum. She contributed
the Halloween article to World Book Encyclopedia.
Most recently, she, with many compatriots, held
the Guinness World Record for "Largest Halloween
Gathering," from October 2007-09

Thomas M. Malafarina is a horror author from South
Heidelberg Township, Berks County PA (USA). Thomas
is known for writing some of the most horrifying
scenes in print including his detailed, descriptive,
no excuses, in-your-face gore which is present in
many of his stories. His books are designed terrify
and disturb. His work is published through Sunbury
Press, Inc. of Camp Hill PA. Thomas was born in
Ashland, PA in the heart of the hard coal mining
region of and many of his stories take place in
that region of the country. Thomas lives outside
of Wernersville with his wife JoAnne. They have
three grown children and three grand children.
